Khate Saba International Road Transport Company (Private Joint Stock) is one of the prominent subsidiaries established under the Iranian Transport Development Investment Group. The company commenced its operations in 2010 with an initial investment exceeding 420 billion IRR, allocated to the acquisition and development of an operational road transport fleet.

Originally launched under the name Khate Sabz International Transport, the company began its activities with a fleet of 250 state-of-the-art company-owned truck tractors and around 500 semi-trailers—including tankers, curtain-siders, container carriers, sideboard trailers, tippers, and flatbeds—offering a diverse range of services. In 2011, the company officially rebranded to Khate Saba.

The year 2012 (1391 in the Persian calendar) marked the beginning of a period of tireless effort for Khate Saba. Thanks to the dedication of its team and divine grace, the company rapidly grew to become one of the leading and most reputable players in Iran's road transport industry. Within a short span of time, Khate Saba established itself as a trusted and reliable brand in the commercial, economic, and logistics sectors of the country.

The year 2012 proved to be a turning point filled with growth and prosperity. In addition to its international transport operations, the company successfully obtained official authorization to engage in domestic freight transportation as well. This dual capability positioned Khate Saba as a significant and influential operator in both international and domestic markets.

Notably, Khate Saba is among the few highly capable transport companies in Iran authorized to issue both domestic and international waybills, solidifying its position as one of the top logistics providers in the nation.

The establishment and expansion of branches and representative offices in key logistics hubs such as Bandar Abbas, Imam Khomeini Port, Anzali Port, and Akbarabad Terminal (Nasim Shahr), along with the integration and coordination of a large fleet of independent owner-operated trucks, have enabled Khate Saba to emerge as a major force in Iran's road transport industry.

This strategic presence has significantly contributed to the realization of the company's founding goals and continues to play an undeniable role in the advancement of the national logistics sector. Khate Saba remains committed to expanding its network of representatives across major cargo centers throughout the country.
