Phase One:
Submission of Documents for Qualification Assessment

  1. Printout of Smart Card or CMR history for the past two years

  2. Maximum age: 55 years

  3. Minimum of 3 years driving experience with various trailers (tanker experience required)

  4. Original documents: National ID, birth certificate, driver’s license, valid smart card, valid health card, road transport training certificates, and educational degree

  5. Original lease or property ownership document of residence, along with verified postal code confirmation

  6. Printout of Social Security contribution history


Phase Two:
Entrepreneurship File Registration

  1. Referral for driving and technical skill test with Benz Axor truck tractor

  2. Referral for drug test certificate from Police Health Department (Faraja)

  3. Referral for criminal background check certificate from Judicial E-Services Centers

  4. Referral to occupational medicine for work health certificate


Phase Three:
Submission of Guarantee Documents

  1. Submission of one Sayadi cheque

  2. Introduction of 2 guarantors is mandatory

Guarantor 1: Must be an employed or retired government employee
Guarantor 2: May be an employed/retired government employee or a licensed business owner

Required Documents from Guarantors:

  1. Latest payslip or employment decree for employed/retired guarantors

  2. Valid business license for guarantors who are business owners

  3. Notarized copies of national ID and birth certificate

  4. Signature verification of applicant and guarantors by a notary public

  5. Residential address and mobile/landline numbers of guarantors
