Khat Saba International Transport Company (Private Joint Stock) is a leading and capable company established under the Iranian Development Terabar Investment Group. Founded in 2010 (1389 in the Persian calendar) with an initial investment exceeding 42 billion Iranian Rials, the company undertook the procurement and equipping of an operational road transport fleet.

Initially operating under the name "Khat Sabz International Transport," the company began its activities with a fleet of 250 modern, locally-owned tractor trucks and a diverse range of 500 semi-trailers, including tankers, curtain-siders, container carriers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and low beds, offering comprehensive transport services. In 2011 (1390), the company was rebranded as "Khat Saba International Transport Company."
